Phillip Lemons

Director of JK Service

Promoted to Service Director in November 2019, Phillip Lemons brings 19 years of extensive knowledge and dedication to JK Products & Services. After gaining his start in Technical Support, Phillip moved to installation and service calls and was later was promoted as Service Manager in 2015. Phillip is an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran with 15 years in the USAF reserves.

Henry Mitchell

Support Technician & Trainer

Henry has been with JK Products for over 17 years. As a member of the Global Service team, he has done training, technical support, customer service and parts sales. He came to JK Products with a background in field service work repairing computers, printers and networks. He also has an education in communications and disaster services that help in his ability to train.
